4.3 Delivery & Lead Time

Lead times vary based on order complexity and quantity. Standard production lead times will be communicated at order confirmation. We strive to maintain short production lead times while ensuring quality standards.

All custom designs, molds, and tooling developed for clients remain the intellectual property of the respective parties as specified in individual agreements. We respect and protect all client proprietary information and designs.

6.1 Product Warranty

We warrant that all products manufactured will meet the agreed specifications and quality standards. Warranty terms are specified in individual contracts.
